Refund Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

Due to the digital nature of the Product, purchases are generally non-refundable after the files have been accessed or downloaded. Customers experiencing duplicate purchases, inaccessible or defective files, or a product materially inconsistent with its description should contact Rigorvex within 14 days. This policy does not restrict rights required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds in accordance with its merchant-of-record policies.

Email [email protected] and include the email address used for the order, the order number if available, the Product name, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Scope

This policy applies to digital Products offered under the Rigorvex brand. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Lemon Squeezy merchant-of-record policies remain unaffected.
